Great News. Telstra Android™ customers can now purchase content on Google Play™ using their Telstra mobile bill. Which means it's easier and more convenient to buy games, apps and digital content.

payment method 

For paid items, you can select
or edit your payment method
with the drop down arrow.

added to your Telstra Bill.

Add or edit a payment method

  1. Open the Google Play Store app .
  2. Touch the Menu icon Google Play Store Menu Icon > My account > Add payment method or More payment settings.
  3. If prompted, sign in to payments.google.com and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. For more information about the payment options available when you select Payment methods (for example: carrier billing, PayPal, and Google Play credit), go to accepted payment methods.
  1. Go to your Google Play account.
  2. Select Add a payment method or Edit payment method.

Note: You may not see the Telstra option if you haven't used Google Play on your phone first

Change a payment method while making a purchase

  1. Open the Google Play Store app .
  2. Go to a paid item's detail page.
  3. Touch the price.
  4. Next to the price, click the down arrow Down > Add payment method.
  5. Choose from one of your existing payment methods or add a new one.
  6. Complete your purchase.
  7. For more information about the payment options available when you select Payment methods (for example: carrier billing, PayPal, and Google Play credit), go to accepted payment methods.
  1. Go to Google Play.
  2. Go to a paid item's detail page.
  3. Click the price.
  4. Next to the price, click the down arrow Down.
  5. Choose from one of your existing payment methods or add a new one.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Manage your account, purchases and subscriptions

  1. Open the Google Play Store app .
  2. Touch the Menu icon > My account > Subscriptions or Order history
  3. The option to view, cancel or refund a purchase or subscription will be shown below the transaction, if applicable.

  3. Under the section of Subscriptions or Order history, the option to view, cancel or refund a purchase or subscription will be shown adjacent to the transaction, if applicable.
