Q1. Is Racing Network closing?
Yes, the Racing Network service will be closing in Australia on 15th March 2015. This means from 13th February 2015, you will not be able to register or sign up to a new subscription to the Racing Network service. If you are an existing subscriber to Racing Network, you will still have access to the service until 15th March.
Q2. Why is Racing Network closing?
Telstra has partnered with TVN to deliver thoroughbred racing content and live streaming to customers via the Racing Network digital platforms. Racing Network is closing as our relationship with TVN is ending.
Q3. When is Racing Network closing & what will happen to my accounts?
Racing Network will close on 15th March 2015.
Racing Network will not accept new registrations or subscriptions from 13th February 2015.
From 15th March youwill no longer be able to access your subscription.
If you are part-way through a subscription as at 15 March, Telstra will arrange for a refund of any unused portion of your subscription charges. If you are subscribed to www.racingnetwork.com.au, Telstra will send you cheque sent to your postal address.
If you haven’t received the refund within 60 days, please email email@example.com. From 15th March, if you have an ‘in-app’ subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play, you will also no longer be able to access your subscriptions.

Refund requests can be submitted to Apple from a web browser via http://reportaproblem.apple.com
For Android customers whose subscription extends beyond March 15, your final payment will be refunded in full via Google Play.
Q4. How will I be informed that Racing Network is closing?
You will receive an email or SMS from Telstra if you are subscribed to Racing Network via the m.racingnetwork.com.au or www.racingnetwork.com.au sites prior to the Racing Network closure. From 13 February, information on the plan to shut down Racing Network will also be available via the Racing Network website at www.racingnetwork.com.au, m.racingnetwork.com.au and via the Racing Network app.
Q5. How can I unsubscribe?
You should go to www.racingnetwork.com.au, log in and go to the My Account page.
Click Subscription Management, and click Cancel under the ‘Active Subscriptions’ section.
Follow the prompts.
For m.racingnetwork.com.au customers, click on “My” at the bottom of the screen and click ‘My Purchases’, then click cancel under the Racing Network subscription.

1. Launch Google Play Store.
2. Tap Menu > My Apps > Subscriptions.
Q6. What will happen to my accounts when Racing Network closes?
All access to the Racing Network content will be unavailable.
You will not be able to access your accounts. This will be explained in the email notification sent to you regarding the closure.
Q7. What will happen to the Racing Network App when the service closes?
Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to access the Racing Network Official app once the Racing Network service closes. You will need to remove/delete the Racing Network app from your mobile phone or tablet/iPad yourself using the standard processes for deleting apps that are specific to your device model.
