LIFE
Aboard the International Space Station, a team of scientists uncover the first evidence of life on Mars. However, their mission of discovery quickly turns to one of primal fear when they find a rapidly evolving life-form - the one solely responsible for causing extinction on the red planet prior to their arrival.
The rest of the film follows three key astronauts responsible for rescuing their crew and ship from the incredibly powerful aliens that inhabit Mars. It's a little bit scary, and a lot exciting - perfect for a night in.
JASPER JONES
Even if you didn't grow up in Australia, this story of adolescence is incredidly touching. It follows the life of young Charlie Bucktin, a bookish boy of 14 living in a small town in Western Australia.
In the dead of night during the scorching summer of 1969, Charlie is startled when he is woken by local mixed-race outcast Jasper Jones who shows him something hidden deep within the forest, destined to change his life forever. It's your typical whodunnit that can be closely related to 'To Kill a Mockingbird', touching on race, discrimination and justice.
CHIPS
If you're looking for something a little lighter that's sure to leave you chuckling, join Jon Baker (Dax Shepherd) and Frank 'Ponch' Poncherello (Michael Peña) on all their bizarre adventures that take place in the California Highway Patrol (CHP) team.
And what happens when you pair together a beaten up pro motorbiker and a cocky undercover Federal agent? Nothing less than hilarious drama.
RED DOG: TRUE BLUE
If you loved the original Aussie film, you can't miss the sequel. It tells the tale of eleven year old Mick who's shipped off to his grandfather's cattle station in the remote Pilbara region of Western Australia.
