Exciting changes coming to Telstra Webmail

We’ve begun rolling out a new and improved Telstra Webmail.

This update is designed to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable email management experience. We’re progressively rolling out the new look to all customers over the coming months, so keep your eye out for the new feel and features.

We’re here to run through some of the improvements and changes.

What's in store for you?

A sleek and simplified look

We've made composing a new email easier than ever – just tap the new large + icon in the bottom corner of your screen. This same button can be used when creating appointments in the calendar, adding tasks to your task list, or even when adding a new friend to your contact list.

All your essentials in one place

To de-clutter, your calendar, contacts and new tasks features are now under the grid button in the menu. Simply press the menu button to access the side menu, and then hit the grid button to explore the calendar and contact options.

Your tools are at your fingertips

Improved accessibility

We want to ensure that using Telstra webmail is a breeze for everyone. That's why our new user interface provides better support for screen readers, zooming, and other accessibility tools.

What's staying the same?

All your emails in your inbox prior to the update will still be accessible, so will any previously created appointments in your calendar.

If you’re using an email client or program (eg Outlook) to access their mail, there’s nothing for you to do. Telstra Mail will continue to work as normal.
